Chenille Emblems

• Minimum order:
  • 50 pieces for sizes up to 5"
  • 25 pieces for sizes over 5"
• Maximum dimensions:
  • 18" x 17"
• Delivery time for orders up to 1000 pieces:
  • 2 weeks for pre-production samples
  • 4 weeks for formal order production
• Standard material: polyester yarn and felt fabric.
• Border: Either hand-cut or merrowed.
• Backing: Adding backing after stitching is not recommended because the pressure from the lamination process will flatten the loops of the chenille stitches.
• Stitching: Both chenille and traditional embroidery can be combined on one emblem.
